Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:45 PM - 9:00 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend | Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Sunday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6+ months (with potential for extension)
Dress Code: Business Professional
Pay: $16-$18/hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a busy front desk operation in Sterling, VA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional greeting to all callers and visitors in a timely manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls using excellent phone etiquette
Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting visitors and addressing inquiries
Direct customers and guests to the appropriate departments for assistance
Operate the paging system confidently and efficiently
Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic with a positive, upbeat attitude
Must be punctual with reliable attendance
Comfortable working in a structured, customer-facing environment
