Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:45 PM - 9:00 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend | Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Sunday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6+ months (with potential for extension)
Dress Code: Business Professional
Pay: $16-$18/hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a busy front desk operation in Sterling, VA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all callers and visitors in a timely manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls using excellent phone etiquette
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting visitors and addressing inquiries
• Direct customers and guests to the appropriate departments for assistance
• Operate the paging system confidently and efficiently
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Must be punctual with reliable attendance
• Comfortable working in a structured, customer-facing environment
