Schedule: ICU patient ratio 1:2, Step-down patient ratio 1:3-4. Floating between ICU and step-down units likely based on patient census and unit needs.

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license (or compact state eligibility with Nursys verification)

• Current BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Completed skills checklist demonstrating neuro ICU/IMCU competencies
• Professional references from recent neurology or critical care experience
• Complete work history with no unexplained gaps greater than 60 days
• Professional badge-appropriate photograph for credentialing
