Under the direct supervision of the Bursar, the Accounting Associate provides customer service for students, parents, faculty and staff, both in person and via telephone. Analyzes student accounts, processes all tuition and private loan payments and all University departmental deposits. Balances, attaches supporting documentation and disburses accounts payable checks and purchase orders. Assists students and the campus community with the University copy account system. Responsible for the provision of psychological services to the university community in individual, couples, and group formats. The Lab Coordinator has a leadership role in coordinating and overseeing our two introductory labs for natural science majors (Cells & Heredity and Biology of Organisms) and helping to maintain spaces and equipment for other courses.
