We look forward to incorporating your energy and marketing perspective into our team as we build success together.ResponsibilitiesAssist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or servicesAchieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance goalsSchedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representativesQualificationsCoursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independentlyQualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generatedCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
