Role Description
Your project: Hily. It is a dating app that allows users to be truly themselves and enjoy dating as they are. On Hily, users become part of a community where people find genuine connections and meaningful relationships. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble.

You will be:
- Analyzing behavior, intentions, and desires of the target audience, turning insights into hypotheses for creative testing.
- Conducting consistent research on competitor product activity and trends to form a backlog for testing creative concepts.
- Coordinating the creative production process, clearly formulating briefs for marketing designers.
- Based on data, seeking points to improve the effectiveness of creative testing, where effectiveness means lower costs, CAC, and a higher number of test concepts with a higher win rate percentage.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance creative production of at least 1 year.
- Understanding of top of the funnel marketing metrics.
- Ability to work structurally — basing conclusions on analytics, not on subjective perception or common sense.
Requirements
- Experience with mobile applications or digital products.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI).
- Experience working with influencers or UGC content.
- Knowledge of the cultural context of the U.S. and audience behavior.
- Experience in video or content production.
- Experience working in a digital agency.
