Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and extensive medical history assessments

• Provide intraoperative assistance by preparing surgical areas and maintaining patient positioning and instrument handoff
• Offer exceptional care pre- and post-surgery, facilitating medication management, wound care, discharge strategies, and patient education

Required Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotations focused on surgical cases are highly desired

Certifications Needed

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Relevant state licensure as a Physician Assistant or eligibility to obtain it
