Financial Services Representative Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll focus on growth and career development while supporting customers over inbound calls and preparing to be the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. You’ll receive paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support from career guides, and celebrate your achievements as you build skills and experience. During onboarding, you’ll support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. You’ll work from home four days a week and spend one day a week in an Investor Center. Upon completion, you will work in the Investor Center on a daily basis. What to Expect In your first year, your onboarding leader will guide you through a comprehensive industry‑leading training program, balancing remote and on‑site work. Onboarding and Licensing Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses. These are fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity, with on‑the‑job study time four days a week, coaching, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required. Build and Solidify Skills: You’ll remain four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity. Dedicated time each week will help you develop new skills and network with colleagues through online classes and more. Once training is complete, you’ll transition to fully on‑site work, though you may spend more time on remote support depending on business needs.
