As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you'll represent a brand known for reliability, safety, innovation, and adventure while providing customers with a professional and personalized buying experience.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and create a friendly and professional sales experience.
• Learn about each customer's needs, preferences, and budget.
• Help customers find the Subaru vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and referral business.

Product Knowledge

• Develop a strong understanding of Subaru models, features, technology, and available options.
• Stay informed about new products, incentives, and promotions.
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training.

Team & Performance

• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, and Parts departments.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow CRM processes.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required .
• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
• Comfortable learning new technology and vehicle features.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
