Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator compares measurements, form, fit, function, and value judgments of simple and complex parts to blueprint specifications and general workmanship standards using documents, experience, and knowledge of inspection techniques of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Clearwater. Responsible for ensuring Good Documentation.-

Quality Control -- Receiving Inspection

• • -Manage entire receiving inspection process.
• • -Ensure packages do not sit in receiving inspection for more than 5 days
• • • • • • -Coordinate with peers when support is needed in receiving inspection. - -

Quality Control -- Environmental Monitoring

• • -Collecting Water Samples, coordinating shipments, receiving results, entering data
• • -Compressed Air Collections
• • -EM Viable Samples (This is what LGGS uses now)
• • -Packaging and shipping EM Viable Samples
• • -Inventory management of shipping materials for EM (Bubble Wrap/ custom insulated Boxes/cold packs)
• • -USP <788> Coordination, POR, Quotes/POs, Data Entry
• • -Requesting Quotes/POs/SSFs for Product Testing
• • • • • • • • • • -Collecting the quarterly reports from the EMS system from LWEB system. That takes about 6 hours per quarter - -

Quality Assurance - Calibration

• • -Calibration Coordination

o - -Contact and Coordinate with Calibration Vendor

o - -Coordinate and Execute In-house Calibration

o - -Create Requisition

o - -Ensure that contractors are escorted and Supported

• • -Execution of the equipment Calibration

o - -Ensure that contractors are escorted

o - -Notify Production of the Calibration Schedule

• • -Documentation

o - -Maintain log

o - -Evaluate the Calibration Certificate for accuracy

• • -Adhere to the principles of data integrity.

Education:

High School Diploma preferred

Experience:

8 plus years of quality experience preferred

1 plus years of calibration experience preferred
