Registered Nurse Rehab

As a Registered Nurse in Rehab at Ascension, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress toward mobility and functional goals. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold Ascension’s mission of dignity, inclusivity, and holistic healing.
