Quality Auditor
Virtual Vocations Inc
To ensure compliance with mortgage loan processes, the hybrid remote California Licensed Quality Auditor will perform quality assurance reviews, identify errors, and validate loan accuracy while working in San Diego. Key responsibilities Identify and correct errors in loan files to ensure full pre-funding compliance Validate loan accuracy, completeness, and adherence to investor, regulatory, and internal standards Perform risk reviews to detect omissions, escalate potential fraud, and flag compliance violations Required qualifications 1+ year of compliance/auditing experience in the mortgage industry Overall knowledge of the consumer mortgage lending process from loan inception through closing Prior experience with investor and third-party manager requirements preferred Experience with ComplianceEase system is a plus
