About the Role:

Lube Thru in Colmar, PA is looking for a motivated Oil Change Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a hands-on environment where efficiency and quality service are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quick and accurate oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and other key components
• Communicate vehicle inspection findings and service recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay
• Work efficiently as part of a team to minimize customer wait times
• Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer service guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior automotive service or oil change experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license required
