AI Engineer
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build the intelligence behind Digital Fleet and FleetFlow. You will design, train and ship models that score driver risk, predict incidents before they happen and power our AI assistant mAIster — turning raw telematics data into decisions fleet managers act on every day.
You will work end to end: from data pipelines and model training through evaluation to production deployment on Google Cloud. Our AI products already run at customers like PZU, PKO BP and PGE — your work goes live, gets measured and matters.
Responsibilities
- Design, train and evaluate models for driver risk scoring and fleet analytics
- Build GenAI features and agents (mAIster) on top of fleet data
- Productionize models together with the backend team
- Own model quality: evaluation datasets, monitoring, iteration
- Shape data pipelines together with the engineering team
- Research and prototype new approaches — and ship the ones that work
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Python ML stack (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar) Practical experience with LLMs and GenAI: prompting, RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning Solid grounding in classic ML: feature engineering, model validation, metrics Experience deploying models to production (Docker, APIs, cloud) Experience with time-series or telematics/sensor data (Preferred) Familiarity with Google Cloud and MLOps tooling (Preferred)
