Content Writer

1parkplace is looking for a Content Writer to join our growing team. We’re interested in efficient, self-starters who also work well in a team environment. Applicants should be technically savvy and excellent problem solvers with strong attention to detail and a reasonable knowledge of the WordPress platform. Primary role will be to create content for our real estate websites, to communicate effectively with clients, follow clients’ editorial guidelines and meet strict deadlines. We are very busy and the ideal candidate works well under pressure, juggles multiple tasks, solves problems and delivers with tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with an established team. Qualifications: A good command over the English language A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet An ability to work in a team with good communication skills An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences An understanding of keywords and meta tags – ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc. Duties and Expectations: Writing web content for real estate websites / portals from scratch Editing and proofreading content once written Writing, editing and proofreading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them Proofreading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles Check web pages finally before making them live Knowledge of website design, site navigation, SEO, WordPress dashboard and plug-ins Ability to work well independently and in a team oriented environment Must be able to meet deadlines and be highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr 1parkplace, Inc.
