\nAt Gold Arc Ventures (GAV), we're growing a portfolio of service businesses across healthcare, technology, workforce solutions, and professional services. We're looking for two driven, entrepreneurial Sales Professionals who can independently generate business, close deals, and help build the sales infrastructure to support long-term growth.\n

\n What You'll Do \n
\n

\n
• Prospect, develop relationships, negotiate, and close new business.
\n
• Meet with prospective clients and decision-makers in the field.
\n
• Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities across GAV's ventures.
\n
• Help build scalable sales processes, CRM systems, pipelines, and KPIs.
\n
• Collaborate with our Director of Business Development and venture leadership.
\n

\n Who We're Looking For \n
\n

\n
• Proven success in B2B sales with strong closing abilities.
\n
• A motivated, resourceful go-getter who takes ownership.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• An established network of business owners and executives is a significant plus.
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and execution skills.
\n
• Experience in healthcare, IT, HR, payroll, or professional services is a plus.

Compensation & Opportunity \n

• Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000.
\n
• Enhaced Benefits Package
\n
• Uncapped Performance-Based Commission.
\n
• OTE: $125,000–$200,000+, with no ceiling on commission earnings.
