Responsibilities Supervise and support home health clinical staff Review documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance Monitor quality of care and patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Coach clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence Ensure agency policies and standards are consistently followed Schedule Monday–Friday, predominantly office‑based. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
