Abrazo Medical Group Biltmore Cardiology has been a defining force in Phoenix cardiovascular care since 1994, growing to a nine-location group of more than 28 physicians spanning general cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, and cardiothoracic surgery. This is a rare opportunity to join a program that combines high-volume complex procedural work with genuine academic engagement including active fellowships in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and structural heart. You'll practice within a Level I Trauma Centeraligned cardiovascular program, supported by a robust referral network and a collaborative multispecialty team built for both clinical depth and physician sustainability.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed interventional cardiologist role with a non-structural focus coronary and advanced interventional procedures
• Approximately 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient case mix
• 2428 cases managed daily across a diverse, high-acuity patient population
• Practice aligned with a Level I Trauma Center cardiovascular program
• Access to TAVR, structural heart, electrophysiology, and advanced interventional services within the same group
• Collaborative team of general cardiologists, interventional specialists, electrophysiologists, structural heart experts, and cardiothoracic surgeons
• Established referral network generating strong procedural volume and complex case opportunities
• Shared call structure designed for long-term sustainability
• Active participation in Grand Rounds, journal clubs, case conferences, and multidisciplinary heart team discussions

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Interest in complex coronary or advanced interventional work preferred
• Team-oriented approach with commitment to patient-centered care and academic engagement
