Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required for consideration)
• Experience working with young children, especially within Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) settings
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Proven skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication needs for children ages 3-5
• Prepare individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Maintain accurate case documentation and timely progress reports
• Provide input at IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
• Participate in professional development opportunities and keep current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
