We are currently seeking a Process Engineer who is passionate about manufacturing, continuous improvement, and solving complex production challenges. What You'll Do:

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the operation.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products and first article production.
• Partner with production personnel to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Investigate manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Analyze production processes to improve yield, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Management on process improvement initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that support operational excellence.
• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on foundry experience .
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with casting simulation software, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Experience managing capital projects or facility improvements is a plus.
• Technical degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
