What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise sterile processing services supporting the preoperative process
• Manage supply, instrumentation, and equipment distribution to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Oversee inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Train and develop staff to meet departmental standards and goals
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards
• Ensure proper handling and reporting of inventory and supplies
• Adapt communication and behavior to meet patient needs and promote a positive environment

What You Need Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working with and leading sterile processing teams
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications

Preferred:

• Certifications such as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST
• Experience working as a surgical or scrub tech in a hospital setting
