Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Corradino & Partners, LLC is an established and growing New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking an attorney to manage a caseload of motor vehicle, premises liability, dog bite, construction accident, wrongful death, and other negligence matters.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clifton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, trial, or other resolution
• Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the life of the case
• Review medical records, accident reports, expert reports, and other case-related documentation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Attend court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as necessary
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure files are progressing efficiently
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing litigation matters and working directly with clients
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Deposition, xhyhwjd negotiation, and courtroom experience are a plus
