Looking for an opportunity with unlimited earning potential? Renewal by Andersen is hiring Lead Generation Specialists to help connect homeowners with our professional design team.

You'll spend your day in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners about their window and door replacement needs and setting qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

Canvass designated neighborhoods
Start conversations with homeowners
Educate prospects on our products and services
Overcome objections and answer questions
Schedule appointments for our in-home design consultants
Meet individual and team lead-generation goals

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation to our Waukesha office
Comfortable working outdoors and being active throughout the day
Strong communication skills
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

Monday-Friday | 10 AM-6 PM
