As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brand, creating delicious pretzels and providing exceptional customer service while contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide prompt, courteous service.
  • Assist customers with menu selections, order placements, and special requests.
  • Handle customer concerns respectfully and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Pretzel Perfection

  • Prepare, roll, twist, and bake pretzels following Auntie Anne's quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Team Collaboration
  • Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Be open to taking on tasks outside of your job description to help the team succeed.
  • Support co-workers with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist during busy periods.

• Respect and Integrity

  • Treat customers, co-workers, and management with respect and honesty.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and food handling guidelines.
