Junior Software Engineer - Korean speaker

We are looking for a Korean-Speaking Junior Software Engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and using AI to build practical solutions. This role combines operations, software engineering, data analysis, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and build tools that make systems and teams more efficient. Responsibilities Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity Develop scripts, tools, and automations to support operations Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes Continuously identify opportunities to make systems and workflows more reliable and efficient Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with data, logs, and technical systems Interest in AI, automation, and software development Strong communication and teamwork skills (Must have) Korean language proficiency to fulfill client requirements. Preferred Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar Interest in connected devices, automotive industry, software platforms, or technology operations Health (Individual and Dependents 100% coverage) Vision 401K PTO What Matters Most Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
