Production Associate / Assembler

Currently, we are seeking an individual to join our cutting die production team as an Assembler. If you have a desire to grow, enjoy learning, and want to be part of an organization that values and invests in its team, we may be the right place for you!Job Responsibilities Include:Reading and understanding assembly drawingsPreparing materialsAligning materials and assembling parts to build more complex unitsAdhering to job specificationsChecking output to ensure product qualityCreating proofs of each completed productWorking both independently and within a teamQualifications:Must be available for second shift (12pm to 8pm) and overtimeMust be able to measure components to a 1/32nd of an inch with a ruler or measuring tapeMust be able to lift product weighting up to 60lbs unassistedMust be able to use hand toolsMust be comfortable with power toolsMust be organized and detail orientedMust have a mechanical aptitude and basic math skillsMust be able to follow verbal and written instructionsCandidates with experience in a manufacturing, light industrial, or job shop environment preferredIndustry specific training will be provided
