Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering or Technology from a four‑year college or university preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered Experience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations in a production environment Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment Experience troubleshooting PLC‑controlled systems and automated machinery preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills Experience with AutoCAD, or similar design software preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple departments #J-18808-Ljbffr Hydro-Gear
