About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Research in Integrative Sciences with a focus on Hematology-Oncology. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving external innovation, particularly in the identification, evaluation, and advancement of high-value scientific opportunities and collaborations in the field of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning external search and triage activities with the company's research priorities, leading the triage process, and shaping collaboration plans. The role requires a PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline, at least 10 years of experience in drug discovery or early development, and a strong background in oncology and/or hematology. The Executive Director will also be expected to model scientific leadership, and collaborative behavior, and ensure that external innovation strengthens the company's research pipeline. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record in advancing therapeutic programs and a deep understanding of the scientific, translational, and operational requirements for decision-ready programs.
