This contract opportunity is ideal for skilled SLPs eager to work collaboratively within a school environment and passionate about making a positive difference in students’ academic and social growth.

Begin your assignment in August and remain through October, working three days a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday—from 7 am to 3 pm. Caseload support is structured, with approximately 40 students shared between two dedicated therapists, ensuring individualized attention and manageable scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Georgia (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Previous experience or comfort working in school-based settings
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of speech-language therapy services, including direct intervention, evaluations, and consultations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in accordance with student needs
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and track student progress
• Work closely with another SLP to co-manage the caseload, ensuring comprehensive support for each student
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication and language strategies
