General Assembler 1

Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow MPIs to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subassemblies
- Route wires and perform wire preparation including stripping wires and installing pins and ferrules
- Use hand and measuring tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, calipers, polarity checkers, and presses
- Perform quality checks and basic testing of completed assemblies
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Complete assigned tasks according to production schedules and priorities set by the Team Lead
- Work overtime as needed to support production requirements
- 0-5 years of experience; manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Experience with hand tools and mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to read and follow MPIs, work instructions, and assembly procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience (torque wrenches, drills, calipers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Wire routing and preparation skills (stripping, pins, ferrules)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Steel toe or composite shoes required on-site
