Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies. \n
- Maintain open communication channels with supervisors, case management teams, and clients’ families to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans dynamically. \n
- Create and manage an ongoing appointment schedule, ensuring timely follow-ups and home observations when necessary. \n
- Coordinate virtual home visits and chart reviews for comprehensive client support, contributing to in-depth assessments. \n
- Participate proactively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with peers to enhance client treatment. \n
- Document client progress in monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining up-to-date records that reflect treatment efficacy. \n
- Implement training sessions to ensure all staff are proficient in program plans and documentation, aligning with quality standards. \n
- Support clients through follow-up interviews and virtual observations to aid in continual care and adjustments to therapy. \n
- Serve as a liaison to foster relationships within the mental health community, enhancing collaborative efforts for client development. \n
- Assist in the design of training materials and procedures to enhance program effectiveness. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices. \n
- Expertise in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance abuse is highly desirable. \n
- A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies to deliver care. \n

- Exposure to telehealth platforms and familiarity with conducting virtual counseling sessions. \n
