Estimated on-target earnings (base pay plus commission) are approximately $53,000 to $63,000 annually; actual earnings may vary.\n\nBenefits\nEligible employees may receive the following benefits:\n\n Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance\n 401(k) retirement plan with company match\n Paid time off, including:\n 15 personal days\n 7 company holidays\n 2 floating holidays\n Paid parental leave\n $50 monthly cell phone stipend\n Ongoing training and mentorship programs\n Eligibility for the annual Internal Rewards Trip, subject to program requirements and business conditions\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\n Utilize the company's database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.\n Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day.\n Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future employment opportunities.\n Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes.\n Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.\n Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.\n Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.\n Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.\n\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n\n Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.\n Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management.\n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n Bachelor's degree, military experience, or a combination of education and relevant professional experience.\n\nPreferred:\n\n Internship or professional experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field.\n\n\nApplication Deadline\nThis position will remain open until filled.
