Job Description and Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide guests with product and service information.
-contact businesses or guests by phone
-enter new guest information
-update existing guest information
-identify and escalate priority issues
-route calls to appropriate resource
-document all call information according to standard operating procedures
