Highway Design Project Manager Are you ready to lead complex transportation projects and deliver impactful infrastructure improvements? Responsibilities Lead highway and roadway design projects from planning through PS&E and construction support Manage scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance Serve as primary contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholders Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Oversee QA/QC, project reporting, and financial performance Support proposals, scope development, and client growth Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering 7+ years of highway/transportation design experience Experience delivering DOT or federally funded projects PE license (or ability to obtain) preferred Proficiency in MicroStation and MS Office Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projects while building long-term client relationships and advancing your career.
