Role Overview The Role Overview The Emergency Department Patient Flow Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients through the ED. They coordinate patient care activities, serve as a liaison with medical staff, delegate workload, and exemplify teamwork, leadership, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage patient flow within the ED to promote safety and efficiency Coordinate all patient care activities and communicate with medical staff Delegate tasks appropriately and serve as a role model for teamwork and leadership Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred Minimum of 1 year ED RN experience and involvement in quality or process improvement projects Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate licensure Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS; CEN preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
