Day Shift (Full-Time Only) Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Machine Operator: $16.50/hour * Material Handler: $18.00/hour Night Shift Full-Time: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM * Night Shift Material Handler: $18.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $19.00/hour Weekend Shift Full-Time: Friday – Sunday | 12-hour shifts Available schedules: * Machine Operator & Inbound 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM * Outbound 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM * Weekend Shift Machine Operator: $16.50/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $18.00/hour * Weekend Shift Material Handler: $18.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $19.50/hour Full-time positions may require mandatory overtime. Why Join DRiV? * Entry-level friendly * No experience required for some positions * Paid training and equipment certification * Competitive benefits package * Career advancement opportunities * Stable employment with an industry leader * Team-focused work environment What You'll DoMaterial Handlers & Packers * Receive and unload incoming shipments * Store inventory in designated warehouse locations * Pick customer orders using RF scanners * Verify product accuracy and quantities * Pack and prepare orders for shipment * Load outbound trailers * Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards * Support daily warehouse operations as needed Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred * Basic computer skills * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and become certified on powered industrial equipment * Previous warehouse experience is a plus Physical Requirements * Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift * Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with arms & hands, lift, sit, talk, and hear. * Lift up to 50 pounds independently * Work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic * Work in hot and cold warehouse conditions * Occasionally work at heights up to 30 feet Packer positions may require repetitive lifting and stationary work for extended periods.
