Journeyman Electrician – Power Residential Projects with Heartbeat Development

Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $22 - $30+ per hour (Based on experience).
• Location: Mount Vernon, MO - Field-Based

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems according to code and safety standards.
• Interpret architectural blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise electrical rough-ins and trim-outs.
• Collaborate with job site crews and trade supervisors to keep project milestones on schedule.
• Mentor junior electrical apprentices to help raise overall workmanship and technical proficiency on-site.
• Perform routine quality control inspections on wiring, panels, and fixtures to eliminate rework.
• Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines across all active job sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) or enrollment in an accredited Apprentice program.
• Hands-on electrical installation experience within residential construction projects.
• Ability to accurately read and execute work from electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and active knowledge of residential electrical codes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical construction.
• Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification in electrical systems.
• Prior leadership or formal mentorship experience with field apprentices.
