Senior Trade Compliance Manager

Senior Manager of Trade Compliance Clemmons, NC (onsite, 5 days a week) Hayward Holdings Inc. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we also have locations across the U.S. and internationally. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Trade Compliance to join our team in Clemmons, NC . This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee global trade compliance programs and ensure our supply chain meets all international trade regulations. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of trade laws and experience in global compliance, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do: Lead and improve our global trade compliance program Ensure import/export activities meet U.S. and international laws (EAR, ITAR, OFAC, CBP) Oversee product classification, licensing, documentation, and recordkeeping Partner with internal teams (legal, logistics, finance, procurement, R&D, etc.) Manage relationships with customs brokers and partners Lead the Duty Drawback program for North America Stay ahead of regulatory changes and update compliance policies Handle audits, investigations, and corrective actions when needed Build training and awareness programs across the company What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field 8+ years of trade compliance experience (at least 3 years in management) Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade laws and regulations Proven ability to build or improve compliance programs in a global business Experience with ERP and trade compliance systems (SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, etc.) Certifications like CUSECO, LCB, CES, or CITP are a plus Excellent leadership and communication skills Why Join Us: Be part of a global leader in an essential and growing industry Work onsite at our Clemmons, NC facility, collaborating closely with your team Competitive pay and benefits Hayward Holdings, Inc. is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hayward Holdings, Inc.
