Production Supervisor

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within a local food production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production leadership, team management, and process improvement, with prior experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the 2nd shift to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve plant objectives and maintain high morale.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance; identify and resolve operational issues.
• Partner with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and personnel performance.
• Support a culture of safety through proactive communication, training, and incident prevention.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; food or beverage industry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift and occasional weekends as needed.
