Position Overview:We partnered with HopSkipDrive to find compassionate Rider Assistants to accompany students with special needs during their rides in your area. You don't drive — a separate HopSkipDrive CareDriver handles the driving. Your role is to ride alongside the student, providing comfort, behavioral support, and communication between the family, the driver, and the school, helping them arrive safely and calmly. It's flexible, meaningful work, and you choose the rides that fit your schedule.
