RV Body Shop Manager

RCD RV is looking for an experienced, motivated RV Body Shop Manager to lead our Body Shop operations at our Pataskala, OH location . This is an opportunity for a strong leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, develops great people, understands the importance of customer relationships, and knows how to run a Body Shop with both performance and profitability in mind. The Body Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day collision and body repair operations, including estimating, scheduling, production, repair quality, paint and refinishing, technician productivity, customer communication, vendor relationships, insurance relationships, and financial performance. What You'll Be Responsible For: Lead and manage the daily operations of the RV Body Shop Oversee RV Body Repair Technicians, RV Painters/Refinishers, and Body Shop Service Advisors Maintain high standards for repair quality, craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction Manage workflow, scheduling, production, repair cycle times, and technician productivity Review estimates, repair plans, supplements, parts, labor, and materials Build strong relationships with insurance companies, adjusters, vendors, and customers Monitor departmental financial performance, profitability, labor efficiency, and expenses Recruit, train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Ensure proper quality-control inspections are completed before customer delivery Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional Body Shop environment Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and profitability Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and other dealership leaders We're Looking For Someone Who: Has leadership experience in a collision, body repair, automotive, RV, or similar environment Understands estimating, repair processes, production flow, and quality control Can lead technicians and support staff while holding people accountable Has strong customer-service and communication skills Is organized, detail-oriented, and financially minded Takes ownership and solves problems rather than passing them along Leads by example and takes pride in the work their team produces Wants to build a high-performing team and continuously improve the operation Why RCD RV?
