Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others for respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work; understands roadblocks and assists in training associates. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required training and assessments within prescribed time periods. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification (Food Handler). Experience in food preparation or hospitality.
