Tester Expert

Project Overview

The client is seeking an Expert-level Tester to support software quality assurance and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing test plans and scenarios, performing functional and manual testing, conducting performance and stress testing, and managing software defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform software quality assurance and testing activities.
• Develop and execute software test plans and test scenarios.
• Perform functional testing using functional testing tools.
• Conduct performance and stress testing using performance testing tools.
• Perform manual testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage software defects.
• Utilize defect management tools throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work with Redmine for defect and testing-related activities.
• Utilize HP Quality Center in support of testing and quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience performing quality assurance tasks.
• 84 months of experience developing and executing software test plans and scenarios.
• 84 months of experience performing functional testing using functional testing tools.
• 48 months of experience performing performance and stress testing using performance testing tools.
• 48 months of experience performing manual testing.
• 48 months of experience using defect management tools.
• 12 months of experience using Redmine .
• 12 months of experience using HP Quality Center .
