Industry leader seeks a Project Engineer / Lead / Manager to lead capital and maintenance projects throughout the plant. You should understand industrial operations and be able to incorporate new project ideas into existing processes and production. responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution of capital, maintenance, and automation projects throughout the plant
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with overall business goals
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and address evolving industry best practices

qualifications:
BS Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

Experience with capital projects (CAPEX) in a manufacturing / production environment

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, as well as communication
