This role partners closely with members of business unit Finance and senior leadership to deliver high‐quality financial insights.This is a hybrid role and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Andover, MA.**You Will Make An Impact By*** Develop and maintain financial reporting models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision‐making.* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for the executive leadership.* Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.* Enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting speed, and analytical depth.* Lead or support special projects requiring cross‐functional collaboration and tight timelines.* Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Corporate functions, Accounting, and BU FP&A teams.* Other ad hoc requests, special projects, etc.**Skills You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.* 10 + yrs of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, within a U.S. publicly traded multi-national organization* Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.* Proven ability to support senior leaders and produce executive‐quality deliverables under tight deadlines* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders* Expertise with financial systems (Hyperion Financial Management) and advanced Excel/Power BI skillsThis is a hybrid role and candidates must live within a commutable distance to Andover, MA.
