Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor $3750 Sign On Bonus! Job Schedule: 7am-7pm Job Summary: Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and services to our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient care Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met Conduct regular rounds to evaluate the quality of care and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Participate in on-call rotations and be available to address any concerns or issues that may arise outside of regular business hours Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Requirements: Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on weekend coverage Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient care What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals Comprehensive training and support to ensure success in your role A dynamic and growing organization with a commitment to excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
