Global FP&A Manager

Global FP&A Manager Full-time Exempt On Site / Some Remote work opportunities Must be eligible to work in the US Duties Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required CPA desired, but not required Ten years of related experience Must be available to work on site Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintain a view of the big picture Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Other duties as assigned Competitive Benefits Package for Full Time employees 401(k) with Matching Medical Insurance (Company contribution for Dependents) Dental insurance Vision insurance Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life & AD&D Vacation, Sick, Holidays EAP Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEO) It is the policy at Lapmaster International to provide equal employment opportunities and affirmative action to all qualified individuals.
