Shipping/Receiving

Overview $20-24/hr
Vacu-Braze is seeking a full time shipping and receiving specialist at our facility. This role is responsible for supporting receiving, shipping, and customer service activities within a fast paced manufacturing environment. This positions responsibilities include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, handling customer deliveries and pickups, and ensuring the safe movement of customer product throughout the facility. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist works closely with our customer service team and production to coordinate timely receipt of orders and shipping of finished product.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming customer product
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation for incoming orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring sufficient packaging and identification
• Communicate with customers regarding pick ups and deliveries
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving inventory
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. consistently

Janitor

Job Summary $20/hr

Vacu-Braze is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented janitorial worker to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and manufacturing areas of the facility.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference room, and manufacturing areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Clean windows, doors, countertops, tables, and other miscellaneous surfaces
• Assist with cleaning designated areas of the manufacturing floor
• Follow all company safety procedures as applicable
• Complete additional cleaning tasks as required

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment in conjunction with ladders or high reach equipment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that includes noise, heat, and industrial activity while following safety procedures
