The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education: Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a 4 year manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or other related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 year degree and Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other manufacturing and quality Certification is preferred.Skills/Experience: In addition to the educational requirements, 10 years progressively responsible management experience in a manufacturing environment required. 5 years blown film extrusion/conversion experience and ISO 9000 experience preferred.
