Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different teams and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.What We OfferAn inclusive and supportive work environment where you can move your career forward and will have the chance to do work that has real, significant impact on the world.The opportunity to be a part of a global group of digital marketplace businesses (CAR Group) located across Australia, Brazil, Chile and South Korea - collectively we have around 1,800 team members worldwide, and our Global Talent Exchange Program means you might just find yourself working in one of those businesses sometime soon.Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program.What You'll DoThe Search Services Specialist is responsible for analyzing and implementing campaigns that will bring our dealers' websites front and center for consumers to uncover quickly in their search.Provide insight and expert analysis on best search campaign practices for end consumers.Manage performance of paid search campaigns on a daily basis, working within target budgets.Work within the website platform to optimize each dealer's website.Serve as customer relations contact for end consumers and internal teams.Gather industry research and trade intelligence to determine campaign needs for each client.Prepare monthly reports for clients based on their portfolio performance.Analyze and report keyword performance.Make recommendations for any changes needed for the search campaigns.Work cooperatively with all members of the business including sales and customer support.Identify value-added features to be added for the end consumer.Participate in periodic account reviews.What We're Looking ForAbility to analyze data, create spreadsheets, charts and graphs, and deliver marketing presentations in a professional manner.Basic understanding of SEO/SEM.Experience in building SEM campaigns, including budget management.Experience with on-site and technical SEO.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Bing Ads.Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must) and G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).Bonus PointsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.1 year of relevant work experience.So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
