Assistant Director of Nursing

As an Assistant Director of Nursing at Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and staff management in our rehabilitation center. With a focus on excellence and compassion, you will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to drive exceptional outcomes and promote a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, staff development, and performance management to ensure seamless delivery of nursing services.
Clinical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on clinical best practices, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Innovative Solutions: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and meet industry standards.
Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation and certification standards.
Professional Development: Participate in education and training opportunities to stay current on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing leadership or management
Current RN licensure
Proven track record of excellence in patient care and staff management
